As a reminder, practice today starts at 1400h in 380-380c,
and practice in all subsequent weeks starts at 1300h...

I have set up a mailing list for all interested parties, so
as to not continuously spam everyone on the SUMO list every
time I or any other coach wants to say something regarding ARML.
To join, send an e-mail to:

   majordomo@lists.stanford.edu

with an empty subject and a message body of:

   subscribe sfbaarml2001

Majordomo has been recently upgraded, so you will probably
get a confirmation e-mail that you have to reply to in order
to actually be subscribed to the mailing list...

Please subscribe to this list if you're in any way interested in
helping out for ARML, since I'm probably not going to send out
many more e-mails on the SUMO list regarding ARML (until next year).  :)
